00 / What happens next
First, establish whether there is a useful way to work together.
We begin by checking whether the opportunity fits one of our four routes. If it does, the next steps are simple:
- Send a non-confidential brief. State the problem, what exists today, the help you need, the decision owner, and the main constraints.
- Confirm fit and authority. We check whether there is a useful next step and whether the right people can make the required decisions.
- Agree what can be shared. If confidentiality is needed, we define its scope before sensitive material is exchanged.
- Define the first stage. Written terms set the question, owners, resource limit, success criteria, and decision the work must support.
An enquiry alone does not create an advisory, agency, fiduciary, investment, or partnership relationship.
01 / Partnership map
Find the route that fits your situation.
The comparison below helps you decide whether there is a concrete starting point. It is not a standing offer.
| For | Partner brings | AGI Kingdom could contribute | First-stage decision |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founders or technology owners | A defined use case, testable technology, a core team, and current evidence. | Customer research, product and operating plans, and preparation for commercialisation. | Whether evidence supports committing to the next stage. |
| Robotics manufacturers or product teams | A testable product, target market, deployment requirements, and service constraints. | Market-entry design, pilot structure, deployment workflow, and service operations. | Whether product and operating model can work in the target market. |
| Corporates, sites, channels, or operators | A real operating problem, accountable owner, usable setting, and bounded scope. | Pilot design, roles and responsibilities, decision criteria, and commercial coordination. | Whether results justify scaling, revising, or stopping. |
| Selected strategic or capital opportunities | Verifiable information, economics, rights and obligations, and principal risks. | Operating judgment, market access, and—selectively—AGI Kingdom's own capital. | Whether to enter formal diligence and terms. |
02 / Build
Venture co-building.
We speak with founders and technology owners who have a specific customer problem and a credible technology advantage. Together, we can test demand and feasibility, shape the business, and prepare it for commercialisation. A useful first brief explains the target user, current alternatives, what has been tested, the main constraint, and what each party would contribute.
The collaboration structure depends on the work and risk. Roles, ownership, decision rights, milestones, economics, confidentiality, and escalation paths require separate diligence and written agreement.

03 / Deploy
Robotics market entry.
We help robotics manufacturers and technology owners test whether a product can succeed in a new market. Work may cover customer demand, channel design, a focused pilot, deployment, service operations, and commercial coordination.
Relevant questions include who owns customer acquisition, pricing, site assessment, installation, training, first-line service, warranty coordination, parts, data, customer communication, and product feedback. These responsibilities should be explicit before execution.
04 / Collaborate
Focused pilots and operating partnerships.
Industry partners, commercial site owners, service operators, suppliers, and channels may work with us on a specific pilot or operating relationship. A useful pilot has a clear objective, limited scope, named owners, measurable criteria, and an agreed decision at the end.
Work may involve channel development, supply-chain alignment, deployment, service coordination, or a commercial test. The point is to answer an important question, not simply to create activity.
05 / Invest
Selective own-capital collaboration.
AGI Kingdom Group may invest its own capital selectively in AI, robotics, and adjacent technologies where operating judgment and market access can contribute. It does not manage or solicit third-party capital or offer investment-management services.
Any potential capital involvement is subject to separate review, diligence, internal approval, and written terms. An enquiry or introductory discussion is not a commitment to invest, fund, advise, represent, or enter a partnership.
06 / Initial enquiry
Make your first message easy to assess.
- Organization and role. Who is making the enquiry and who owns the decision?
- Product or technology stage. What exists today, and what has been tested?
- Target market and customer. Which geography, use case, and buyer are in scope?
- What you have tested. What have customers, technical work, or early operations shown so far?
- Requested role. What specifically should AGI Kingdom Group contribute?
- Timing and constraints. Which milestones, dependencies, approvals, or risks matter?

07 / Boundaries
An enquiry is a starting point.
Submitting an enquiry does not create an advisory, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, distribution, exclusivity, funding, investment, joint-venture, or partnership relationship. Any such relationship requires separate diligence, authority, agreement, and written terms.
